Today 3rd time booked them, Meru accepted with SMS and email. 5min prior to scheduled time they declined and let me helpless. Therefore missed appointment. Fact is you just can hope that they show up!

Tried using the app 6 times so far has crashed 6 times at the sign in screen itself wont let me get any further. Rigorous testing doesnt exist before releasing a product. Wanna compete with über? Get it right the first time especially when entering the taxi app space so late.

Crashes evrytime ...not even signs me in ..! Rubbish app!!

Meru has good frequency of cabs in bangalore and chennai but I can never get the app to work. Its the worst iOS app I have ever seen.

I always book through this app. Good to have this app. Work very nicely without loosing any time.

The app does what it is meant to, accept a booking quickly and efficiently. Helps to have location services ON for the app.

This version keeps crashing. But not while you are booking the cab, after youve completed all the forms, just as you click "Confirm". This has rendered the whole app complete waste of space on the phone.

Phone version keeps crashing. Tried 3 times. Tablet version is good. Quite good actually.

I downloaded the app and tried to use it. But it keeps crashing when trying to enter the From address. Tried thrice.

This is totally a useless service. Never works for short distances. They refuse to go for short distances. I tried booking them 3 times from Lower Parel to Worli sea face but they refused me telling me that the cabs are not available. Unfortunately my mother is invalid and I can not drive a car as I do not know driving! As far as I am concerned I am never going to recommend them.

Pretty bad how could it pass the basic testing the app is crashing and not usable

The basic use of an app should be to work. This doesnt. Wont even load the first page. Deleted!

App crashing on IOS 8.0.2

Have been using for more than 2-3 years. Was a good app, no problems with it. Better than others. Not compatible will iOS 8. Keeps crashing. Updates required asap.

Crashes with I6

Crashes all the time!!!

Cannot get it to open on my iPhone5. Always crashes. Also, stay away from Meru. They tend to skip pick-ups and driver doesnt answer phone. Company hasnt adressed my complaint.
