Useless application

This is totally a useless service.
Never works for short distances. They refuse to go for short distances.
I tried booking them 3 times from Lower Parel to Worli sea face but they refused me telling me that the cabs are not available.
Unfortunately my mother is invalid and I can not drive a car as I do not know driving!
As far as I am concerned I am never going to recommend them.
