At least put an alert before conforming booking.

I downloaded this app on my Indian iPhone in Mumbai. I tried to add my home and work information and it does not take. The app is very unfriendly compared with Lyft or Uber. Dont waste your time.

Booked a cab with great difficulty. Driver said he has reached pick up point but was no where to be found. On dialing drivers no, he said dial customer desk. Customer desk after transferring calls through desks booked a new cab 1 hr after intended time but it never showed up. I finally had to drop my travel plans. Thank god I was not going to catch flight or train. After almost 1 hr worth of chasing after customer service, second cab not showing and the non existent cab ride of first one deducting Rs 189, this customer prove to be not even worth of a callback. Can anyone suggest a marketing tag line for this cab service?

When I first downloaded this app I thought wow I can just book a cab wherever I am, but this app proved me wrong in every way possible. 1) booking a cab is very easy but getting this app to open is very difficult 2) If some have u booked a cab, u still get a call from cabbie asking where to pick up( I thought the whole point of booking thru app is GPS location) 3) Even if u managed to give every detail of address include landmarks etc u still will get at least 10 calls from cabbie confirming the location 4) and finally the cabbie never shows up Still going to use this app? Well good luck with that. I for one will never use meru again.

Search is near impossible to do. Its useless!

Wallet is the worst. You add money now will be credited tomorrow.

This version has bug on iPhone 6 running in latest OS.

Bad app, very difficult to choose date and time, will not use it unless Meru changes it

Instead of being clever, make it a simpler app to use. The wheel interface to set time is horrendous. I dont need 3 pages to book my cab. Crazy!!

Good design layout. Found it very simple to use. Hope the drivers dont insist on cash payment like what the Ola drivers do!

App and cab service are reliable and easy to use. I particularly like Meru cabs app for the advance booking option. The interface is better than Ubers.
