No point in promo codes of your new app upgrade doesnt work

Useless, doesnt even open on iOS8.

I downloaded the app as Meru is having an offer for booking via the phone app; but I have not been able to use the app so far. It starts, spins on the Terms and Conditions screen for a minute and then crashes. Not sure if this is by design so that no one can get the ₹150 off and are forced to call or book on the web. Any ways, dont download, its just waste of space.

The latest couple of updates run briefly (only showing the loading screen) then crash. Totally unusable both before and after upgrade to iOS 8, so its the app thats the problem. On the plus side, the app is still able to push useless notifications to me.

Cant even login. Keeps crashing. Pathetic for such a big company. Hope they can get some brains behind this.

New version work with iOS 8. Just used it today. Works awesome!!

Good app now usable with ios8 but I cant top off my wallet in the app under the citrus pay feature

Nice app. Very easy and convenient.

It works in a pinch. But sometimes, even over wifi, their server is slow (as evident by the spinning Maru logo) and although I cancel a booking sometimes the message doesnt reach the cab driver and I have to go online and cancel the booking again. Also, I much prefer Ubers model of charging me per ride rather than Merus model of maintaining a "wallet" where I keep money in an account. Maintaining a wallet is extra work. Just charge my card, or Meru keep an inventory of charges. This wallet model is extra work. Riding Maru has been fine and without problems. I wish their servers responded faster.

I thought I kinda liked this app at first, but Ive now deleted it, and am sticking to Merus reliable phone service. In no way whatsoever does this App save you any time. So many times it tells me that it cant find a cab, so I cant complete my booking, yet when I call, Im immediately able to do so. The app also changes my addresses and there are many areas in Delhi it doesnt recognize. In a word, this app needs a serious overhaul.

Tried registering as new customer after downloading the app. The email and Full Name fields allows only 4 characters each. So cannot register.

One star because I cant register myself as a new user. The email id field will not allow you to type more than 3 letters. A simple thing like this shouldnt have happened.

Please fix your new user sign up page. There is a 4 character limit on email id and name.

Very very practical and safe in my opinion. You can track your cab and cancel it if needed.

Used to be quick to book a cab from home to airport, as my home location was stored. New app makes me wait until the Meru Now loads and shows me (again) there are no cabs nearby (youre not uber), and then makes me select the area where I want to book the cab from, through weird menus. Used to be I hit one button and done. Unfortunate

Inconsistent design and user interface. Meru cab folks should use the app themselves to realize the issues. Different screens work differently for booking the cab. Please fix it or loose customers.
